Rules for exploring the Guestcord pilot. Updated 23 September 2026. Account requests and paid service require separate review.
Billing periods
At profile submission hosts can choose billing monthly (no discount), every 3 months (10% discount), every 6 months (15%) or annually (30%). The discount applies to the chosen prepaid period after the free trial. For over 20 units a separate quote is required.
Account and pricing
Account requests are reviewed manually. Private PMS access follows verification, training and channel setup. The first three months from activation are free. The proposed monthly rates after that are €120 for up to 5 units, €350 for up to 20 and an individual quote above 20. No card collection or automatic subscription payment is enabled. Billing, applicable taxes and the commercial agreement must be confirmed before paid service begins. Account approval does not imply OTA certification.
Service and status
Guestcord is a property management pilot for listings, bookings, availability, guest portals and operational records. The public demo does not create a commercial account; registration is a separate reviewed workflow. Demo data stays in your browser and is not a confirmed booking, a payment or a legally issued invoice. The Manage Malta workspace remains for its authorised staff; new hosts get separate private workspaces after activation.
Host responsibilities
A host must have the right to manage every property and guest record it enters, verify prices, taxes, licenses, availability and house rules, and inform guests about data use. The host must obtain the necessary platform permissions before any integration. It must not request external payments or deposits where a platform prohibits them. Access instructions and portal links must be shared securely.
Availability and third parties
iCal is a calendar import and export mechanism, not a full two-way API connection. Timing and content depend on external feeds; the host must check changes and resolve conflicts. Booking.com and Airbnb are independent services. Guestcord is not an approved connectivity partner of either platform. Their rules and separately authorised API access govern any future connection.
Permitted use
Do not enter real guest details into the public demo, attempt to access another host's records, probe or overload the service, misuse portal links, or submit unlawful or misleading content. A host remains responsible for the accuracy and legal basis of its content. Guestcord's name, code and design remain subject to their respective owners' rights.
Payments, service levels and liability
Displayed subscription prices are proposed; no automatic payment processing or promised service levels are offered here. Draft documents need review before use as tax invoices. Commercial fees, support, warranties, limits of liability, governing law and termination will be set out in a separately signed agreement with the registered service provider. These pilot terms do not override mandatory consumer or data protection rights.
